We're villains, doll. Notice there's not a word in there about not killing each other. The bossman knows there's a time and place for murder. They say, a grin on their face. It's not a codebreaking offense to kill another villain, but it is highly discouraged 'cause nobody wants to be hanging out in a room with a guy whose gonna bump 'em off. But guys like that aren't usually the most popular among villains, and they don't usually have a lotta friends or family likely to come after you.
Meet with the boss, argue that they're compromising the safety of the guild, if he approves it you can blow their head off.
