Anima understands all too well. Living in Excelsior would be akin to living in a cage, she says. With the underlying implication that she knows all too well what that is like. Excelsior is a modern marvel, but she admits that they are in dire need of better equipment to handle rogue AI or whatever other nonsense their idiot scientists come up with. With less metas willing to live there, there's far less hands there to stop the daily chaos from erupting.

Though that poses the question of what to do if they try to turn that technology on metahumans.

Little Love is a far safer bet. They do need assistance with all the creative problems that come with living so near to extraterrestrial technology. Such as sentient potatoes, or the water source sometimes becoming contaminated with something mutagenetic. It's a slower life, but she's sure she can find some Alliance projects that have been languishing without skilled hands taking them on.

The Alliance is also happy to fund anything he sets his mind to starting. She's more than happy to vouch for him and forge connections.

There is also a seat opening on the Excelsior city council. It'd require living there at least half the week.
